Re:wild (FKA Global Wildlife Conservation) is a registered 501(c)(3) public charity (Tax ID 26-2887967). Re:wild protects and restores the wild to build a thriving Earth where all life flourishes. Many states require charities that solicit funds from the public to register with the state agency regulating charities. Although a copy of our financial report and other information about our charity’s purpose are available on our website, certain states require us to advise you that a copy is also available from them. If you are a resident of any of the following states, please review the relevant disclosure statement.

FLORIDA: A copy of the official registration and financial information may be obtained from the division of consumer services by calling toll-free 1-800-help-fla or online at www.floridaconsumerhelp.com. GEORGIA: A full and fair description of charitable programs and activities, and a financial statement consistent with the financial statement required to be filed with the Secretary of State pursuant to Code Section 43-17-5, will be sent upon request.

MARYLAND: For the cost of postage and copying, documents and information filed under the Maryland charitable organizations laws can be obtained from the Secretary of State, Charitable Division, State House, Annapolis, MD 21401, 800-825-4510. MISSISSIPPI: The official registration and financial information of Re:wild may be obtained from the Mississippi Secretary of State’s office by calling 1-888-236-6167. Registration by the Secretary of State does not imply endorsement by the Secretary of State.

NEW JERSEY: information filed with the attorney general concerning this charitable solicitation and the percentage of contributions received by the charity during the last reporting period that were dedicated to the charitable purpose may be obtained from the attorney general of the state of New Jersey by calling (973) 504-6215 and is available on the internet at https://www.njconsumeraffairs.gov/charities/Pages/default.aspx. Registration with the attorney general does not imply endorsement.

NEW YORK: Upon request, a copy of the latest financial report filed with the Attorney General as well as a full description of the programs and activities supported by contributions can be obtained by contacting Re:wild at info@rewild.org. WEST VIRGINIA: West Virginia residents may obtain a summary of the registration and financial documents from the Secretary of State, State Capitol, Charleston, West Virginia 25305. Contributions are deductible for federal income tax purposes in accordance with applicable law.  Registration in a state does not imply endorsement, approval, or recommendation by the state.

WISCONSIN: A financial statement of Re:wild disclosing assets, liabilities, fund balances, revenue and expenses for the preceding fiscal year is available upon request.
