We are undergoing a major update to our brand and are looking for a candidate with the creativity and hustle to transform our social media platforms. The role will center around kick-starting our brand ambassador / influencer program to grow our following to well over a million in the next three years. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can mobilize our team, celebrities, artists, photographers, designers and other influencers to develop and curate content and amplify our messages and work. This position will also be responsible for sourcing and curating social media content and managing our publishing calendar.



  • Develop an influencer marketing strategy
  • Build a brand ambassador program
  • Research and identify potential influencers
  • Craft pitches to secure new partnerships
  • Cultivate and build strong relationships with influencers
  • Develop and implement creative content campaigns
  • Work with freelancers and internal team to create content
  • Curate content from influencers and other sources
  • Maintain editorial and publishing calendar
  • Report on outcomes and metrics to refine strategy
  • Stay on the pulse of our communities’ interests and needs


  • At least one year of experience directly managing influencer relationships
  • 3+ years of experience in social media
  • Understands and keeps up with social media and influencer trends
  • Experience with tech platforms like Hootsuite, Buzzsumo, Influenster etc.
  • Nonprofit, sustainability, conservation or purpose-brand experience a plus
  • Agency experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or public relations preferred
