About GWC

Global Wildlife Conservation was formed in 2008 by a group of concerned conservationists and scientists.

The concept of GWC was developed over the last decade by some of the world's leading conservationists and scientists. These individuals, through their experience, philosophy, and drive, decided that a new kind of conservation organization was both imminent and necessary.

GWC builds upon the rich history of many of the best individuals and organizations involved in conservation of the natural world. A unique perspective brings a fresh look at how best to solve the most important and pressing issues in conservation.
